35 Guthrie Street is the registered company address only and none of the apartments are located there.

There is no reception for the Mile Apartments and staff are not present in any of the locations. The self-check-in process requires key collection from a designated key box at the flat or a nearby location. Please ensure you have all of the necessary information (including access codes) provided in the email.

Guests must contact the property to ensure they have all the instructions on how to get keys for the apartment.

Guests are requested to leave the accommodation tidy upon departure. If excessive cleaning is required after departure, a cleaning fee will be charged to contribute to the costs.

Due to the central location, guests may experience noise, especially at weekends.

Additional beds for adults are available in some apartments, please contact the property directly to arrange extra beds in the apartment. Surcharges will apply.

Silver Lining requests a copy of an ID before arrival from guests.

Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Please inform Silver Lining - Mile Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 350 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

For access to this apartment, someone will have to either meet you with keys or keys can be collected from the nearby office. Any arrivals out of office hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 until 17:00, and Saturday and Sunday 11:00 until 16:00) will carry a meet and greet fee. Please confirm with the property prior to arrival.

This spacious apartment is located in Borthwick's Close, on the Royal Mile and close to St Giles Cathedral and Mercat Cross. Set on the second floor of a 17th-century building, it combines modern décor with original features such as window seats, shutters and high corniced ceilings.

Please note there are 2 different apartments on offer. One apartment has a double and two single beds, and the other apartment has two double beds and one sofa bed. Please ensure these meet your requirements before booking.

There is an east facing lounge with views of Salisbury Crags.

Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, Waverley Station and Princes Street are within walking distance.

Please note that there is no lift in the building and there are a few flights of stairs. Some apartments are located on the 5th floor.
